• 3.Not be legally restricted from using online services

• 5.ATS Score & Insights
• 6.Career Suggestions
• 7.Skill & Experience Recommendations

MODNCV may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• 1.Provide true and accurate details
• 2.Keep your login credentials secure
• 3.Not share your account with others
• 4.Notify us of suspicious activity

You are responsible for all activity occurring through your account. MODNCV is not liable for damages caused by your negligence.

User Content & Ownership

User Content includes all information you upload such as: Resumes, PDFs, Text inputs, Images, Portfolio content, Social links.

AI-Generated Output

MODNCV uses AI systems to generate: Resume enhancements, Cover letters, Suggestions, ATS insights, Content summaries.

• 1.AI content may contain inaccuracies
• 2.AI may generate similar phrasing used commonly across the internet
• 3.AI output is for guidance only
• 4.You must review and verify everything before sending to employers
• 5.You take full responsibility for using AI output

MODNCV assumes no liability for errors, omissions, or consequences of using AI responses.

Prohibited Activities (Strict Enforcement)

Violations may result in permanent termination without notice.

Public Portfolio Rules

If you enable a public portfolio:

• 1.You must not upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content
• 2.MODNCV may remove inappropriate content
• 3.MODNCV may moderate public pages to protect users and brand reputation

Account Termination

MODNCV may suspend or terminate your account if:

• 1.You violate these Terms
• 2.You misuse or exploit the platform
• 3.You engage in illegal or harmful actions
• 4.You violate data or content rules
• 5.Required by law or for platform security

MODNCV may act without prior notice for severe violations.

Data Deletion

• 1.You may request account deletion at any time
• 2.Data deletion may take 30–90 days
• 3.Some data may be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
• 4.Deleted accounts cannot be restored

Intellectual Property Rights

MODNCV owns all: Website code, UI/UX, Designs & templates, AI systems, Icons, branding, and logos, Text, scripts, and software. You may NOT: Copy, Modify, Sell, Distribute, Reverse-engineer, Create competing services using MODNCV assets.

Third-Party Tools

We may integrate with: AI providers, Cloud services, Email providers, Verification systems. We are not responsible for failures or actions of external services.

Job Listings and Third-Party Sources

MODNCV may display, aggregate, index, organize, categorize, summarize, or otherwise make available employment opportunities obtained from employers, recruitment agencies, applicant tracking systems, public career websites, job boards, recruitment platforms, licensed data providers, publicly available sources, and other third-party channels. Job information may be processed, reformatted, categorized, summarized, or enhanced by MODNCV for search, discovery, matching, and presentation purposes. Job listings may become unavailable, expire, change, or contain information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or no longer current. MODNCV does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or continued validity of any third-party job listing. Users should review the applicable job details and requirements and, where applicable, the original employer or application source before submitting an application.

Employer Relationships and Hiring Decisions

The inclusion of an employer, organization, vacancy, or employment opportunity on MODNCV does not, by itself, constitute or imply a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, recruitment arrangement, or other affiliation between MODNCV and the relevant employer or organization, unless expressly identified by MODNCV as such. All decisions relating to eligibility, candidate screening, shortlisting, assessments, interviews, selection, compensation, offers, internships, and employment are made solely by the relevant employer or hiring organization. MODNCV facilitates access to career opportunities and related career services but does not guarantee interviews, shortlisting, selection, employment, internships, compensation, or any other hiring outcome.

Third-Party Content and Removal

MODNCV respects the intellectual property, trademark, privacy, and other rights of third parties. Employment listings and related information may contain content originating from or supplied by third parties, and MODNCV does not claim ownership of such third-party content except where expressly stated. If an employer, rights holder, or authorized representative believes that any job listing, employment-related content, or other material displayed through MODNCV is inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized, or infringes applicable rights, they may contact MODNCV through the designated support or legal contact. MODNCV reserves the right to investigate, modify, restrict, suspend, or remove such material where it considers appropriate or where required by applicable law.

Third-Party Names, Trademarks and Logos

Employer names, company names, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other brand identifiers displayed on MODNCV remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the display of any such name, trademark, service mark, or logo is for identification, informational, search, employment-opportunity, or reference purposes only and does not constitute or imply that the relevant organization has partnered with, sponsored, endorsed, authorized, or is otherwise affiliated with MODNCV. MODNCV does not claim ownership of any third-party trademark, logo, or brand identifier displayed on the platform.

Trademark and Logo Requests

If a trademark owner, employer, rights holder, or authorized representative believes that its name, trademark, logo, or other brand identifier has been displayed on MODNCV in a manner that is inaccurate, misleading, unauthorized, or otherwise objectionable, it may contact MODNCV through the designated legal or support contact. MODNCV may review the request and, where appropriate, correct, modify, restrict, or remove the relevant material.

Limitation of Liability (Maximum Protection)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MODNCV is NOT liable for:

• 1.Employment results or decisions
• 2.Rejected job applications
• 3.AI content mistakes
• 4.Losses due to user error
• 5.Service interruptions or technical failures
• 6.Data inaccuracies uploaded by users
• 7.Communications between users and recruiters
• 8.Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MODNCV from: Claims, Losses, Damages, Liabilities, Legal fees arising from your misuse of our Services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of MODNCV means you accept the changes.
