This User Agreement / Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how users ("you", "your") may use the platform and services provided by MODNCV Career Solutions Pvt Ltd ("MODNCV", "we", "our", "us") through www.modncv.com.

By using MODNCV, you agree to follow all rules outlined in this AUP. Violations may result in suspension, account termination, content removal, or legal action where applicable.

1. Purpose of This Policy

2. Your Responsibilities

3.Protect your account credentials
4.Follow all platform rules and guidelines
5.Review and verify all AI-generated content
6.Only upload content you have the right to use

3. Prohibited Activities (Strictly Enforced)

The following actions are STRICTLY forbidden and may result in account termination without notice:

3.1 Illegal, Fraudulent, or Harmful Activities

You may NOT:

❌Upload malware, viruses, or harmful files
❌Impersonate another person or represent fake credentials
❌Upload false employment history or fake certificates
❌Commit identity fraud using AI-generated content
❌Upload illegal or copyrighted documents without ownership
❌Share or distribute harmful, abusive, or explicit content

3.2 Platform Misuse

Users must NOT:

❌Scrape content from MODNCV
❌Use bots, automation tools, or crawlers
❌Reverse-engineer any part of the platform
❌Clone or copy resume templates, designs, or UI
❌Attempt to hack, bypass, or exploit security features
❌Create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
❌Use third-party tools to manipulate MODNCV systems

3.3 AI Tool Misuse

You must NOT:

❌Use AI output to misrepresent qualifications
❌Generate content intended to deceive employers
❌Sell or redistribute MODNCV AI-generated content
❌Claim MODNCV AI-generated content as proprietary work
❌Submit unverified AI-written content to employers

All AI results must be reviewed and corrected by you.

3.4 Misuse of Recruiter Access

If you connect with recruiters through MODNCV (only with your permission), you may NOT:

❌Spam recruiters
❌Send misleading or inappropriate messages
❌Use recruiter access for non-career purposes
❌Engage in harassment or unprofessional communication

MODNCV is NOT responsible for your communication with recruiters.

3.5 Portfolio Misuse

You may NOT:

❌Upload copyrighted images without permission
❌Post offensive, explicit, or hateful content
❌Showcase work that you did not create
❌Misrepresent accomplishments or projects
❌Display content violating DMCA or copyright laws

MODNCV may remove such content without warning.

4. User Content Rules

You agree that:

1.All content uploaded must be lawful and accurate
2.You hold rights to the files you upload
3.You do NOT upload confidential employer data
4.Sensitive or private information is your responsibility
5.MODNCV may review or remove content violating this AUP

5. MODNCV's Rights to Enforce This Policy

MODNCV may, at its sole discretion:

1.Suspend or terminate accounts
2.Limit platform access
3.Remove or edit user content
4.Block abusive IP addresses
5.Report illegal activity to authorities
6.Deny service to repeat offenders
7.Prevent future registrations

No refunds or reversals are given for accounts terminated due to violations.

6. Reporting Violations

If you discover users:

1.Posting deceptive resumes
2.Uploading illegal content
3.Harassing others
4.Abusing AI tools
5.Misusing recruiter access
6.Threatening the platform's security

Report it immediately at:

support@modncv.com

MODNCV will take action after review.

7. No Expectation of Privacy for Violating Content

If you upload illegal or abusive materials:

1.MODNCV may access the content for investigation
2.Content may be reported to authorities
3.Access logs may be reviewed
4.No privacy rights are applied to violating content

This protects the platform and community.

8. Liability Limitation

You acknowledge that:

1.MODNCV is not responsible for user behavior
2.MODNCV is not liable for fraudulent profiles
3.MODNCV is not responsible for external communications with recruiters
4.MODNCV is not liable for data lost due to user negligence
5.MODNCV is not liable for actions taken against violating users

9. Updates to This Policy

MODNCV may modify this AUP as needed to:

1.Reflect evolving platform features
2.Address new threats
3.Comply with changing laws
4.Strengthen platform protection

Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
